    except the courts are treating the lawsuits from former NFL players very seriously. I'm sure it would be a lot harder for MMA fighters to sue their promotions for lasting effects of injuries incurred while fighting in the octagon or ring if they already haven't signed off a ton of legal waiver forms that prevents them from doing that anyway.
