Do you realize we were nearly shut out for a half with the run.
Yet the big run plays again went away from Baas. Like Bradshaws two big runs and BJs TD at the end of the game.
Hate this...

i guess as long as we are winning it doesn't matter?
i guess as long as we are winning it doesn't matter?
Don't think we're running against SF regardless. That D is scary, we're in for a lot. Hope Eli and Gilbride get a good gameplan going.
I was dogging Baas alot, until I heard about the neck problem...that's serious stuff.

I'm thinking Baas has been banged up this season, and still isn't 100%. But he's look good in pass protection, and really, protecting Eli Manning is his main priority.

Maybe next season, we'll see him at full potential.

But about him healing up and showing up for next year I really hope he does. I rather cheer and root our guys then make these type of threads.
Eli had a lot of time, a lot of times.
I like it, but the running game still seems EH.
Heres what i like - Shotgun snaps for the most part lands in eli's hands and the operation under center works as well. He protects nicely in passing spots as well.

Yeah, Baas is still not a top end center and he had a couple of moments when he really struggled.
However, our OL is better with him at center and boothe at guard. Boothe does ok at center, but we've had a few scary moments with him snapping the ball. His butt's just too big.
All Hail The New York Giants!!
Maybe I am wrong but we ran the ball more consistently with Boothe and Petreus in the line up.
