Hey Redeye, do u got any Kellen Moore? Jeez, this guys got some kinda touch.. Just watched him on a 3rd and goal from the 1yrd line with 17secs in 1st half, and boise calls a fade route and Kellen Moore puts the freaking thing right on the money, so beuatifully.. There isn't often that guys like Drew Brees and Doug Flutie become solid NFL pros, and in brees case, even better, but i would like to see the giants take a flier on Moore if hes there in the 5th round or so...
yeah i really like him too. kid HAS to add some weight though or he'll get torn in half
System QB from a gimmick offense.Kid just doesnt have the arm strength and im not talking about throwing the ball deep "Hangs those throws to" . He just cant put enough velocity behind his throws to beat CB's and safeties in small windows. He falls into the same category as Colt Brennan and Chase Daniel. I guess its possible he gets drafted but I doubt he sees a 53 man roster ever

    Kellen Moore vs Georgia

    1.
i don't know.. To be honest, he reminds me of the type of player that once he gets a fair shake, will all of a sudden become one of the better QB's in the league, and people will wonder why they let HT/WT/Strength become the issue with a kid who clearly is a top "FOOTBALL" player.. I could be wrong, but this kids accuracy and touch and moxy are truly some of the best i've seen on the college level, maybe ever... He was touch throwing 25yrds downfield and the thing looked like a freaking video game how straight and gorgeous and in stride it was.. Litteraly, his WR's and TE's just run and the ball finds them... Boise St isn't as gimmick as Hawaii was.. I think Morre falls into the Colt McCoy tree, more then Chase Daniel and brennan.

Don't get me wrong, im not thinking hes a top 2or3 rd QB, but man, he could be a possible steal in rd 5or beggining of 6..
He is a top College Football player. His height and weight is certainly a very big issue but thats not all. Kellen Moore has flaws in the way he throws the football and how hard he throws a football. He overcomes these things with great anticipation. That wont be as easy in the NFL were players are bigger, stronger ,faster and windows can be so minute an extra .05 of a second is the difference between a reception or interception
sounds like what Drew brees used to here and Doug Flutie and Chad Pennington
We shall see is all i can say about that
Doug Flutie is the only one comparable to him. The other guys u mentionedwere far superior NFL prospects. As I said its not just his size which is enough to get him undrafted. He has other mechanical and throwing issues.U dont here me saying Aaron Murray doesnt have a shot,

Kellen Moore has a ceiling of a 6th -7th round pick ,3rd QB on a roster.

I thought Moore is 6'1? If his height is listed correctly then yes he is comparable to all 3 as he is a tad taller than brees and flutie and a tad shorter than Chad. I'm nit like some I don't see a HUGE advantage of 3 inches in height. You can play or you can't and I really feel ge can. His weight is a concern and like you I'd like to see a little more power in his throws but I love this kid as a development for a west coast offense.

For those with an eye on games atm, pop on over the to Clemson vs Aubrun game and have a look at TE Dwayne Allen of Clemson. He is showcasing his talents.
yeah we were talking about him in the other thread. like nyc said probably the most complete te in this years draft. very few holes in his game and would be a MAJOR upgrade to our te unit.

personally i was really impressed with a couple of rookies for clemson sammy watkins (guy is a big play waiting to happen),and dj howard. very exciting freshman class down there
If I was just taking his height and weight into consideration I wouldnt like Aaron Murray. Moore can not spin the ball. He has no velocity on his throws thats a major problem for a QB in the NFL. Kellen Moore is nothing like Drew Brees or Chad Pennington watch the intermediate throws he has nowhere near the pace on his ball. He also has a rather big hitch in his throw. Wasted motion , no pace on his throws, no mobility, and yes he is extremely undersized. He is not 6'1". He is listed at 6'0 on Boise States site which means he is most likely 5'11. I love how Brees name comes up everytime an undersized QB puts up numbers. Here are some names that are closer to the Truth Colt Brennan, Chase Daniel, Graham Harrel these guys are more like Moores tape but everyone focus on the one guy thatsgreat not the 100's that are out of the NFL without ever taking a regular season snap. Seriously whats more likely Kellen Moore is Drew Brees? or what Im saying and Kellen Moore is Colt Brennan?

If he is 5'11 that would really suck because nobody will look at him.
