Hail Mary Full of Mistakes Blessed Is..

Catholics can relate to this (talking aboutthe prayer, not mistakes).But all kidding aside the Hail Mary pass to Nicks was awesome but I have never seen a defensive secondary with such an epic failure. With 6 seconds left in half they used a normal coverage like you would on any other play. They weren't even playing for Hail Mary...didn't even use prevent scheme. While Nicks was catching the ball the GIANTS HAD 3 WR'S IN END ZONE WHILE GB HAD ONLY 2 SECONDARY. 2 more of secondary were just coming into end zone when ball was almost at Nick's fingertips. He only had to outjump one player to make catch. I found it hard to believe. So even if they were playing man to man they blew it. I mean talk about terrible coaching or taking the Giants lightly.

That was incredible. I leaped out of my seat on that one. Unbelievable the poor execution of the cheesehead db's on that play.

GB expected Eli to try 2 more plays before half, not just one.

Okay if that is true it is still blown/poor coverage.At one point there are 3 Giant WR's in end zone to 2 defenders1-2 seconds before ball caught, then 2 more defenders/1 WR enter the endzone.</P>

Nothing in the Giant's recent history(last 10 years) would suggest that we might throw a hail mary instead of setting ourselves up for a field goal.

I don't think I've ever been more surprised by a play than that one.

It was an awesome play that couldn't have happened at a better time in the season.
