The "At Least 4 Trophies Club".

It's something that has been eating me since the Cowboys got their fourth, I'll admit that. Now the Giants must enter that club. I was devastated in 2000 when we went for our third and missed. It seemed like 4 would take forever after that. Now the Giants stand on the precipice of finaly attaining it. It is a big deal since the Giants organization practically created the game of football, fro giving us the 4-3 defense and Landry and Lombardi. Getting in that at least 4 club is mandatory.

I know I know Steelers fans, you are in the 5 club.

Steelers are in the 6 club :P.

I believe only Dallas and 49's have just 5.

I think Green bay is the only one with just 4 rings now, though i'm not completely sure :S.

"...two minute drill at the end of each quarter, Ya'know with the wind like this blowing mooch and marshall into the ocean...If that's behind me I think were getting 3 from 70 so holla at your boy. IF YOU DON"T PICK ME THAT'S A JOKE RIGHT?" - Justin Tucker, Ravens kicker

Complain?, ain't Nobody got time for dat!

    GO GIANTS!

Yep, 4 is ELIte company. Would seperate us from the 'skins and Raiders who haven't won a SB in decades.

I was trying to point out in another Thread that this win is important in the sense that we get to 4-1 and drop the Pats to 3-4. it would tarnish the legacy of Tom and Bill with 2of losses being to us. if they win its 4-3 to 3-2 and we would have to continue to listen to all the ****y Pats fans. with a win we shut them up once and for all. Also like you said we come into Elite Company with that 4th Title.

Heres a link to my Thread if you want to see it:

Football has been very, very good to us.
In the midst of this losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

Based off that Chart it looks like all the SBs have been won by about 18 of the 32 Teams. A little over half. The rest have either not been there or been there and lost. 10 teams have had a chance and not won. with 6 just 0-1, 2 at 0-2 (Eagles, LOL)and the Bills and Vikes at 0-4.

I guess that leaves only 4 Teams that have never been to a SB. Only 1 of the 16 teams in the NFC has never got there. The Detriot Lions.

The AFC has 3 teams that never made it. Cleveland Browns, Jax Jags and Texans..
