We have 16 and Pats have only 8 so...................

This is hardly a rematch revenge game like its being billed. 85% of the players on that 18-1 team are no longer with the Pats or retired. Hard to believe that in four short years that team is not even close to that near perfect team.
We are a bit better at 16 , but it just goes to show you now much turnover goes on in the NFL in a four year span.

Let's hope we can keep this young core of guys together as long as possible. They could net the giants a few more ring providing we can resign them
Football has been very, very good to us.
In the midst of this losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

Retirements and free agency can change any team real quick.

Definitely good to have more returning players from the previous Superbowl win. They'll be more comfortable when playing on the NFL's greatest stage.

Thanks for giving me the correct amount. Still not a huge number considering your active roster is 53.

However the number that surprised me more was the Pats only having 8
