The eagles are very chummy with the national media. They play up to them so they do get a good vibe from national media and the nation itself.

The local medai always compains how friendly that organization is to the national media and how nasty they are to the local media.

yeah i think fans lose sight of this ... they just assume that all the other teams in the NFL are drafting All Pros and we are drafting All Joes ... it's really a crap shoot ... whenever a player comes good, it should be props to the organization



you know they should do some scientific analysis of the draft results ... i know it gets tough b/c worse teams get higher picks and their picks are more likely to play, but there has to be someway to statistically quantify how well an organization is doing via the draft
