Obviously with no roof over the stands at MetLife if it rains I'll expect to get wet but just how cold is it in December? How warm do you have to wrap up? And does the wind whistle around inside the ground making it feel colder?

Final question, I was looking at tailgating before the game, as it's not something we do over here (the NFL do a corporate sanitised version at the international series but your not allowed to park there or bring your own food/drinks, it's basicly an outdoor bar if anyone's heading over to twickenham) does anyone have any experience with the paid for tailgate parties like the fan van?
best way to get from manhattan to the stadium if you haven't found out already, Port Authority Bus Terminal and take an Express Bus to East Rutherford ($12 two way).

first time for me at the new Giants stadium was just last week against the eagles. new stadiums are always nice but we always end up paying for it somehow. since moving ive seen a handful of giants away games... seatlle 2010, san diego 2013, but the best "stadium wise" was dallas in 09 and the game wasn't bad either. i know they have to share the stadium but they could've had a few more Giants pictures and the history at the concession stands like they do at the new yankee stadium.

Hi there, hope it's ok for me to piggyback this thread. My fiancee and I are getting married in NYC in May and although we won't get to see a game, we're hoping there will be a stadium tour scheduled (only one at the minute seems to be April 22nd).

We both want a customised game jersey and although I could order them online, it would be better to get them whilst actually in NYC. Is this possible at the Metlife?
Or assuming there's no stadium tour available during our time there, will we be able to purchase them elsewhere?

Thanks in advance and here's hoping for a boss 2017 season!

Not sure you can buy customized game jersey at the stadium during the off-season and even if you can it'll likely be overpriced. Probably best to get it online.

I see you're from Liverpool. You an LFC or Everton supporter? Catching a LFC match at Anfield is on my bucket list.

Apologies for the late reply mate, yeah gonna have to order online. Amazed at how little Giants stuff there was to purchase in NYC compared to Knicks, Yankees, Mets and even Jets.

Although I did get to go the health expo and get a photo with Landon Collins so that more than made up for it!

I'm an Everton supporter mate, change your bucket list to visit Goodison Park for a match! Stick with royal blue and you won't regret it!
