Best of Luck to GMen (from a diehard Redskins fan)

No smack talk here, I just want to wish your squad the best this coming Sunday. I look back on this season and I'm not entirely sure how we took you guys down twice this year (I even went back and looked at the stats and in one of those 2 games Grossman had a lousy stat line). We were able to run it with success but we have more talent then the Pats do in that regard. One other thing, we really should have won the game against the Pats, there was terrible officiating but it worked against both squads. Grossman also lit up the secondary which should be encouraging for Eli's chances as he's clearly light years ahead of what we call our QB.

I really think the Giants are better across the board then this Pats outfit and Eli should be able to hit 400 yards if they open it up (did you know Vince Young had 400 yards against the Pats midseason? Vince Young!) . If Gronkowski doesn't play it really changes the complexion of this game and tilts it even further to your advantage. The fact that you guys didn't have Nicks, Baas, Bradshaw in the earlier Pats matchup has to make you happy going into Sunday. I really think Bradshaw's running style could cause fits for the Pats (at least I'm hoping so). They establish the run and wow, Eli will light the Pats on fire.

Here's to you guys closing out your season in style and capping what's been a great season for Eli. I'll be rooting for the NFC East Sunday (and hoping we can land RG3 in the draft so we can be more competitve next year within the division).

Best of luck and Go Giants!

Thanks for the encouragement, always liked the skins more than any other divisional opponent.
Never hated you guys like the Eagles and Cowboys.

Surprise surprise, thought our division foes would root for the Pats.

    Thanks

not because of his classy post but yeah of the other 3, the Skins fans are tolerable.

honestly, so many bad seasons has probably taught you guys a lot about contentment, humility and realism.

    never the less, nice post.

(you guys gotta get rid of The Snyder)

Well years of losing definitely doesn't foster 'contentment' of any kind for us Skins fans (fortunately I'm just old enough to have enjoyed all of the glory years and the Titles that came with them). Snyder "seems" to have learned from his decade of meddling and losing but damn, we're still pretty bare of overall talent. Back to the topic of the thread: Go Giants and please truck the Pats for me and bring the Title back to the league's best division! Enjoy the game everybody...

No. Not Skins fans. They are alot different then Cowboy and Eagle homers.

I would have not problem rooting for the NFCE when they are in the SB... As a matter of fact I have on all their SB wins.

They dont hold it over your head or come on and TROLL like the other 2 do

Football has been very, very good to us.
Even though 2013 was a losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

    Let's make it 5 in 2014 !!!

Even during regular season games you dont get alot of Skins Fans coming on here and talking smack. There have been a few over the years but overall they just dont do it...

I mean u have a few decent dallas and Eagle fans that have come here to talk football and not smack over the years and they are always welcome. They know who they are. As a matter of fact some of them like Ntegrase98 and BaistanEagles have more posts on our board then some of our Giants fans do...lol

Bread is another that can jaw with us with the best of them when we are playing them but overall has good insight and not a bad guy to have around.

With that said people like that are a minority when it comes to dallas and eagle fans
