Yes I believe everyone gets a ring but there are different rings for different people. For example, trainers do not receive the same rings as Eli Manning. This I think applies to practice squad and possibly some IR players to. Please correct me if I am wrong. I think the organization has some say in all of that.

Was he? That's pretty cool imo. Not all franchises are letting a guy who's never played a down roll around with the team like that. I hope he can come back and at least get to play, even if it's just ST's.
