It will never happen for 2 reasons:

(1) Peyton will not go to a loser organization, which the Redskins and Jets define.

(2) Peyton will not be looking to cause a circus re: his brother, definitely won't play him head-to-head twice a season, so no Jets and no NFC East.

Peyton has done a lot of good for this league. He deserves to finish out his career by getting paid substantially by a lower tier franchise.

Most of the best of them have done so before him so it wouldn't be blazing any new trails.

Agreed. The redskins are not a good fit. The Jets would be horrible. If I were the Colts, I would make it work with Manning. I think that they are treating him with disrespect. I hope he finds a good team and makes it to the playoffs and kills the Colts.

I'd hold a private memorial for the career of Peyton Manning. Because going to the Redskins is basically career suicide.

No way is Jim Harbaugh not sticking with Alex Smith. The guy turned into a beast this year.

If Peyton Manning goes anywhere it will probably be Arizona or Washington DC.
