Reese gets no love on these boards

The man has done it better than any Giants GM before him because he won two super bowls during the free agency era and no one, well very few, are giving him any credit.

Our roster is loaded thanks to JR.

    amen

people want to know why we can't sign free agents and its funny they cna't see why

its because we draft so good, that when these guys rookie contracts are up they in line for pay days. Not only that but we have talent at every position group on the field, WITH depth...

Some people keep wanting to be like the Eagles, which is humiliating at this point and confusing. Why the hell would anybody want to be like them is confusing to me
Fear the name, appreciate the game

    I give Jim credit
Football has been very, very good to us.
Even though 2013 was a losing season, we can console ourselves with this fact-

    # of Super Bowl victories since 1985:

1-Chicago, St. Louis, Tampa Bay, Indianapolis, New Orleans, Seattle
2-Washington, Green Bay, Denver, Pittsburgh, Baltimore
    3-San Francisco, Dallas, New England
    4-New York Giants!!!!!

    Let's make it 5 in 2014 !!!

Some people will criticize anything, focusing on the moment.

JRgets plenty of love hereand he may be the greatest Giants GM ever.

No one remembers who came in second.

Just like Coughlin, Reese gets criticized or praised according to how the team is doing.

I've always been a Reese fan, but that didn't prevent me from being critical about free agency.

Reese deserves credit, without a doubt....but so does Coughlin, Accorsi, and Marc Ross.

In fact, the Giants dodged a huge bullet with Ross didn't land the Bears job.

Exactly, the Eagles just have big names, the Giants have big units (no pun). The Giants have the best WRs and d-line units in the league.

think about it, the Giant had a WR on IR and PUP and still a rookie could not get any burn. Tolly is our 4th defensive end and he had 5 sacks, same as Tuck.

    Huh?

I've seen a TON of praise for Reese on this board!!

And now, in the interest of equal time, here is a message from the National Institute of Pancakes: It reads, and I quote, **** waffles.......G Carlin

to be fair, I don't cheer for Reese because I have no idea how to scout players, so usually whoever Reese drafts or Signs, I just nod my head and hope it was a good pick-up lol
"...two minute drill at the end of each quarter, Ya'know with the wind like this blowing mooch and marshall into the ocean...If that's behind me I think were getting 3 from 70 so holla at your boy. IF YOU DON"T PICK ME THAT'S A JOKE RIGHT?" - Justin Tucker, Ravens kicker

Complain?, ain't Nobody got time for dat!

    GO GIANTS!

I'll say this....he's a huge upgrade over George Young.

Unlike Young, I don't see Reese letting his ego get in the way of evaluating the coaching staff.

The Giants make be on the verge of a dynasty....if that happens, by all means, Reese deserves a ton of credit.

I don't know about the Accorsi thing, it isn't like none of the other two quarterbacks have been successful.

Here is why I don't like Accorsi:
    1. he hurt Strahan by drafting that one eye waste Cedric Jones and letting go of Bradske
    2. Trading up for Shockey when Albert Haynesworth was there
    3. Drafting Ron Dayne when he didn't fit Fassell's offense
    4. Drafting S. Williams when Alan Faneca was available
    5. Drafting Joe Montgomery and Sean Bennett
    6. He did not want Coughlin
