    Giants 2007 Draft

I know im not the first, nor will be the last to point this out but I went back and quickly reviewed some of the Giants drafts and boy did Jerry Reese hit the nail on the head. WOW what a draft.

But this is a great chicken or egg question.

Are the consistent good players for the Giants a bigger reflection of Reese's ability to scout players or is the Giants system run by Coughlin?

Reese put the players there. Coughlin makes them play. Seems to me to be symbiotic relationship. TC just wrote his ticket and signed Reese's on the way. Here's to many more years of Reese and Coughlin tearing up the league.

The Giants stability makes it easier for guys to excel in their system. The players rarely wow you but they always play better in NY than they do after they leave. There have been a lot of giys who have left since 2007 and none of them is making you regret it. Wilson, Boss, Cofield, Smith, Torbor, Plax, and Butler would be examples of this.
